Help! how do I enable outbound calls?

I Have just set up sonetel on my computer and bought premium. I try to make a outbound call and it doesn't work (comes up with "Sonetel Phone System reports network/processing error"). So I go to Admin>Services
and they are all green except: "sonetel outbound - premium". How can I fix this?

  • The Sonetel outbound service status is a display issue. Therefore, even if the Sonetel outbound service status is red the calls will work as usual.

    In case you are behind a firewall, please make sure that it is not blocking traffic on the SIP port (5060).
