No audio

Hello,

I have two IP phones setup at two different locations  (polycom and grandstream):

I was able to get both phones registered and working without STUN as neither phone has STUN option

I cannot hear caller (no audio ) on either phone grandstream and
polycom. 

 I have audio fine on *21 from both phone and both routers.

 I have ringback audio but no audio after call is
connected   on outbound calls on polycom phone  and router
sagecom 1704n

 I have NO ringback and No audio on grandstream with DDWRT
router on inbound or outbound calls, but works fine with *21.
