Constant Registering - Yealink T23G

Having followed your online guidance for configuring Yealink phone (using Yealink T23G) and clicked 'confirm' The status remains at 'Registering' on the Yealink config panel, ( even if left for days) and 'No Phone' added on my Sontel dashboard. Desk phone status - No Service?

Changing any setting receives a 'Registration Failed' message

Are you able to give any indication of what I may be doing wrong or how to resolve?

  • For further information:
    I did read on a post that Sontel.net should be changed to Sontel.com, but this has not made a difference
