am confuse please help

am having some challenges to make a call with my sonetel number if l want to call i will only receive a response that we couldn't understand you this time please login to my account or the call cant be connected that there is no account to handle this call and l have enough balance in my account both in the call thru number please help me


  • Please reinstall the Sonetel Android app and login to the app by following the below steps:

    - Enter your email address that was used during sign up.
    - Your Sonetel password.
    - The mobile number (in international format) of the phone where the app is installed.
