incomming call not forwarded to mobil phone

i just setup my account and did some testing.

But if i have an active call (outgoing) from my softphone (Ekiga) and
there is a new call incoming  to my number (in U.S.), it is not forwarded to my mobile
phone.There are 3 times ringtones and then the voice recorder responds.
It should be forwarded to my mobile because the settings are, to first
try all phones and then after 30 sec. start voice recorder.

What am i doing wrong?
