Is there a way to know which IVR option a call came from

I've set up an IVR for my business through the voice apps though in reality all calls go into the same line.

Is there a way to notify the secretary which call came from which number pressed by the client?
e.g. - if the client pressed 2 (which is the IVR option "for English press 2") is there a way of letting the secretary know that this is what the caller selected so she needs to answer in English?
