Can't receive calls in my IP Phones

Hi! I have configured Zoiper and CsipSimple to receive calls and I have set "enabled" in the ip phones in my user settings screen, but when someone calls me the call goes directly to voicemail. But I can make calls from this ip phones. What's happining? What I'm doing wrong?


  • Since two days, I can not receive calls or call, I have already spoken with 2 agents and nobody does anything, I will cancel in service. With this service I lose many clients and that is fatal for my company
